Denae D’Arcy presented a paper co-authored with Assistant Professor Mike Martinez, “Setting the Record Straight: A First Amendment Right to Video Police in Public,” at the Broadcast Education Association’s annual conference in Las Vegas, April 4-7, 2013.
 
D’Arcy also participated in a BEA panel focused on “Where Do We Draw the Line? Interacting (or Not) with Students on Twitter.”


Mike Wiseman, Video Production Specialist at The Volunteer Channel (TVC).

Wiseman says he has a “passion for TV and teaching,” and is “looking forward to taking the TV station to the next level.”

Wiseman will work with professors and students on video production projects, programming, and plans to guest lecture in classes as needed.
