Description of Opportunity
The LaFollette Press is looking for a motivated, self-starting college student to participate in an internship this summer.
The internship would be 40 hours per week for the months of June and July. The qualified candidate would be a student enrolled in a journalism or related program who can use the internship to obtain class credit toward their degree.
The internship is unpaid, but the opportunities will be plentiful to fill up a portfolio with tons of clips. Covering anything and everything from governmental meetings to summer youth baseball to the lead-up to the big county election in August, the limit is only your imagination.
The successful candidate must have an acceptable driving record.
